Step 1 (A)
- Boil Happiness noodle.
- Drain and toss with a little extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, shoyu.
Step 2 (B)
- Stir-fry ginger paste, garlic paste with sesame oil before adding mushrooms.
- Add black soy sauce, shoyu and white pepper powder to enhance the taste.
- Mix A, B, shredded vegetables, cooked dried tofu and enjoy the tasty noodle!
