Bak Kut Teh is a herbal soup dish developed in Malaysia among Hokkien immigrant communities. It is popularly thought to have originated in Klang. Bah Kut Teh popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore, where there is a predominant Hokkien community. 

The name literally translates as "meat bone tea", and at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs simmered in a complex broth of herbs and spices (including star anise, cinnamon, cloves, dang gui, fennel seeds and garlic) for hours.

轻松3步骤,煮出好味道,包装份量供3至4人享用。
1) 将3公升清水大火煮沸。
2)加入2包精装肉骨茶香料包 ,6至8粒黑蒜头,2汤匙黑酱油,2汤匙生抽,1.5公斤肉类(各人喜好悉随专便)和少许盐。 (注意:切勿太咸)
3)然后转至中火,约1小时,即可趁热享用。
